Salaried GP opportunity available to join a large, innovative, forward-thinking, fast-paced, EMIS-web Practice in East Sussex.
This surgery have recently introduced an Acute On The Day Team – to ensure their patients get the care they need, when they need it. This is multi-disciplinary with their highly skilled Paramedic Practitioner, Advance Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses all playing a key role. Their salaried GPs are part of the duty doctor rota to support this team, as well as having a small patient list of their own.
Full support, mentorship and coaching will be available. Daily huddles and mid-morning coffee chats to ensure on-going support.
Up to full-time available but happy to consider working patterns.
